ผู้ใดนำโฆษณานี้ไปเผยแพร่ต่อบุคคลอื่นที่ไม่ใช่ผู้ประกอบโรคศิลปะ ผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพเวชกรรม
หรือผู้ประกอบการบำบัดโรคสัตว์
ถือเป็นการฝ่าฝืนมาตรา 88 และมาตรา 88 ทวิ ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท ตามตรา 124
แห่งพระราชบัญญัติยาพ.ศ. 2510 และฉบับแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม
